With the Green Daily series, Mezina has gathered more than 40 years of experience into one clear core range of supplements. Here we explain the thinking behind the series – and why simplicity has become our most important ingredient.

Standing in front of the shelf of supplements, the choice can quickly feel overwhelming. Vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, herbs – in countless variants, doses and combinations. That is exactly the experience we wanted to do away with when we developed Mezina Green Daily.
Green Daily is our everyday core range: a series of supplements that covers the most central needs in daily life. Not special products for particular stages of life, but the familiar nutrients many people want to supplement their diet with – fish oil with omega-3, essential vitamins and minerals, lactic acid bacteria and selected herbs such as garlic.
One product, one purpose
The principle behind the series is simple: each product should be easy to understand, easy to choose and easy to use. That means clean single products with clear dosing and transparent ingredient lists – and well-considered combination products for those who would rather gather several nutrients into fewer daily choices.
For more than four decades we have developed supplements for Danes, and one thing we hear again and again is the wish for simplicity. People don't want fuss. They want quality products they can trust, products that fit into an ordinary day where energy levels vary, says Mezina.
That is why Green Daily is built so you can start from scratch or build on the habits you already have. If you choose fish oil, for example, it comes in several strengths so the dose can be adapted to individual needs – with the marine omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA, which contribute to normal heart function with a daily intake of 250 mg.
Quality from our own production
Behind the simple façade lie the same quality requirements that have characterised Mezina since 1983. As a Danish company with its own production, we control the process ourselves from raw material to finished product. This allows us to set high demands for the ingredients – and keep the price at a level where daily supplements don't become a luxury.
All products in the series are developed on the basis of well-documented nutrients whose functions are recognised in the EU's rules on health claims. Vitamin D, for example, contributes to the normal function of the immune system and the muscles, while calcium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.
A range that is easy to navigate
The range itself has deliberately been made easier to navigate than a classic health food range. Fewer, but better-considered products make it easier to find exactly what you need – without having to navigate endless variants.
For us, Green Daily is ultimately about making a healthy everyday life simpler. A good supplement shouldn't require a manual. It should just fit in – day after day.
